RESERVATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING
This page explains
the terms and conditions associated with online payments for the
legalization and apostle service offered by the Foreign and
Commonwealth Office
1.
The International Centre, managed by Bombay YWCA, is offering
the Online Reservation System through Axis Bank.
2.
This facility is only for persons holding a valid Credit Card
/ Net Banking Account. The users / guests are not allowed to make a
transaction using a third party credit card / Net Banking Account.
3.
The users are requested to take utmost precautions while
making an online reservation and are requested not to share their
credit card / net banking details with any other person or ask any
other person/s for help while executing a transaction on the
internet. In case you are not conversant with internet operations
and the use of net banking / online credit card payments, we request
you to desist from using this facility, and instead call us and make
your bookings. The contact details are provided to you in the
"Contact Us" section on our website.
4.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of
Hotel Reservations, including its cancellation policy and other
terms, without any notice.
5.
All users are requested not to skip any details, and submit
all information as required, including the contact details,
telephone / mobile numbers and e-mail IDs for us to get in touch
with you. We reserve the right to refuse any booking / cancel the
reservation / not honour the reservation, in case of lack of proper
data.
6.
After submitting the required details while the transaction
for Net Banking / Online credit payments is being processed, we
request you to be patient and await the instructions as set by the
bank/service provider. If the processing of the payment is not
successful, due to any reason (for e.g. Servers not authenticating,
interruption of the transaction by break-down in service or internet
access, etc.) we request you to first check with your Credit Card
Company / bank whether the amounts have been debited.
7.
You will be shown a Confirmation Request voucher after the
transaction is successfully executed. You are required to take a
printout of the same and preserve it for future reference. You will
receive a Confirmation Voucher by e-mail from the Bank, giving the
details of your booking and the amounts charged.
8.
This Confirmation Voucher, which you will receive by e-mail,
is to be carried by the guest, and is required to be produced by the
guest at the time of Check-in at the hotel along with the Credit
Card through which the booking was made. The credit card is to be
produced only for verification purposes and this verification shall
be done strictly in your presence.
9.
The bookings shall always be treated as on request until you
obtain a confirmation e-mail from our side. Guests are requested to
check the details stated in the Confirmation E-mail Voucher, and
ensure that the same is in order. Any discrepancy in the same is to
be intimated immediately to the reservations desk of International
Centre. We reserve the right not to entertain any amendments /
rectifications later.
10.
Guests should ensure that they carry a copy of the
Confirmation E-Mail Voucher and produce it at the Front Office along
with Passport Copy & Credit Card for verification purpose.
11.
Guests are requested to note that the online payment
made through this Website will reflect in their credit card
statement as payment made to ‘YWCA
of Bombay - International Centre’.
12.
By using this Online Reservation module, it is implied
that you / guests have read and understood the Website terms and
conditions and Online Reservation terms and conditions. By using
this website and the Online Reservation facility you agree to and
are bound by the terms and conditions including the Cancellation

13.
All bookings made through this facility are to be done by
the person who intends to use the services. It may be noted that the
services / reservations are not transferable.
All matters relating to refund are made in
offline mode and are subject to the stated terms and conditions.
14.
All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only and
the laws of the Republic of India shall prevail.
All
accommodation provided in terms of any reservation made on this
website will be subject to the standards of YWCA of Bombay -

I Individual Booking
- For cancellation 3 days before due date of
check in (12 noon) – 10% of one-days room tariff.
- For cancellation less than 3 days, or
no-show ‑ one-day room tariff.
II Group Booking ( Above 4 people)
- For cancellation before 7 days – 10% of
room charge for the entire booking.
- For cancellation less than 7 days or no
show – 100% of room tariff for the entire booking
IV. Conference-Hall Booking
- For cancellation 7 days before due date –
10% of the hall charge
- For cancellation less than 7 days –
one-day hall charge
